Homeowner Associations
I am trying to find out state or local guidelines for how many people are permitted to live in a 2 bedroom condo. Both related and unrelated individuals. Is there a maximum number?This is normally regulated buy the condo association for each complex. The condo association usually has a set of By Laws define the rules and regulations of the complex. Any restrictions on the number of residents per unit will be addressed in these By Laws.
